Great Logic that because most people don't own multiple console on a gen mean no one buy different consoles gen to gen (meaning they would drop gaming).
This must be the reason why no sega fan play nowadays, or why GC to Wii to WiiU sales in US are constant like ps2-ps3-ps4 and Xbox-360-1. There wasn't people changing platform just people who jumped gens.
