Idk why people act as if this 2.5 billion could have instantly went to games or studios had MS not spent it here. This is much more than a videogame investment. LOL @ buying Crapcom or something instead.
If they make this Windows exclusive, who knows whether it makes the move worth it or not. Most people don't realize the franchise nets hundreds of millions in merchandising every year either.
