What could they do about the PS versions of the game at this point? Delete it off the e-store and then just inform users that have it that once it's gone off your hard-drive, it's gone? I suppose it depends on the terms of submitting a product to the PSN Store (we know publishers can pull games. Didn't that happen with some Marvel vs Capcom materials, after the Disney buyout?)
