This is the year of racing games with 4 big racing games coming out - Forza Horizon 2, Driveclub, The Crew and Project Cars.Since we have no way of knowing PC sales, I have excluded it.
I think Project Cars has a definite chance due to it being the only sim racer coming out, and it would fulfill the itch of a sim racer on PS4 for the year. Driveclub has a chance if its great because then many of the people having PS+ version would likely upgrad to the full version if they like it enough, though most of them will probably opt for the cheaper digital upgrade.
So at retail atleast I expect Project Cars to sell the most.
