Their homepage isn´t the most visually striking, but my experience with them was great. I imported 10 DS, 1 PSP and 1 PS3 game over the last year through them. Even the Limited edition of the Zone of the Enders collection came through without any customs .

I can recommend VGP for UK orders too. I used to get all my US Dreamcast and GameCube games from them. I just can't believe it was 10 years ago...
