It could be that rare case where a re-release like GTA V or the Last of Us wins GOTY (again) or maybe even Halo master chief collection
There have been a lot of decent games this year but nothing truly spectacular like in 2013.
Infamous, destiny, wolfenstein, watch dogs all decent but not good enough for GOTY
Mario Kart, Smash, Far Cry, Assassins Creed Unity or Rogue (maybe), Bayonetta 2 all have good chances
Xbox Series, PS5 and Switch (+ Many Retro Consoles)
