Keep lying to yourself...  Somebody never played Devil May Cry and/or Ninja Gaiden.

Only the old Devil may Cry games are good, despite the terrible camera control. 

DMC:Devil May Cry is travesty... Avoided, its Ninja Theory after all...

DmC is also only 30 fps, which is pretty much absolute garbage in a hack and slash.
