Anyone that has an opinion different that yours is out of their mind?  Fyi I also enjoy Bayonetta over God of War, the combat is way more fast paced and requires more skill.

Btw God Of War requires a lot of strategy in combat when you're playing it on Hard or Very Hard Mode. The Easy and Normal modes don't though. That is one of the keys to its success, the ones looking for a simple and fun game can play it on Easy or Normal, and the ones looking for a challenge can play it on Hard mode from the get go.

Also combat isn't really everything in a genre like this. That is like saying Shooting Mechanics are everything in a Shooter. You are ignoring the fact that the entire game built around the combat matters just as much, and in that regards especially God Of War is way better and enjoyable.
