So it looks like GOTY will be going to either DA:I, Bayonetta 2 or LBP3

You're right. I'm sorry. The first Bayonetta was just only the best hack n slash created thus far.

You've got to be kidding me man. The God Of War series is way better than Bayonetta.

Bayo only sucked on PS3, Platinum couldn't get the PS3 architecture to comply with how they made the game because they're small - elsewhere the pure action of the game is transcendant. The version on the Xbox 360 (and now the Wii-U remake that we're getting alongside the sequel) is another story.

 

It'll defo join the list of mostly Wii-U games that deserve to be game of the year - but we all kinda knew this would be Nintendo's year to dominate those lists since their console is just past the adjustment phase the other two are still in.

I never said Bayonetta sucks, just that it is not nearly as good as any of the God Of War games. Other than GOW series and Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, I think Bayonetta is indeed the best hack and slash game.
