Yeah, I came to that conclusion right after my previous post. I read in an article that Microsoft breaks even with every XB1 bundle that they put out. They are losing money because they are giving out free games with their bundle as to help move their console units, but end up breaking even with licensing fees.
I see now that they dont want to have a MCC bundle because they dont want to lose out on the huge profit when the game is first released. As you have stated, the MCC collection will likely cause consumers to buy the game and the kinectless XB1 unit anyways.
