Why isn't samus in a mario kart game?

Waluigi really shouldn't count. In fact, he should be erased from existance. He may be the single worst character nintendo have ever created. Even his name is terrible. I can see how wario works for mario, upside down m and all that. Waluigi to luigi = fail possibly epic. I hope someone was fired for this.
