Seriously. How can MS not realize this parity clause is only hurting them? They want something from indie devs that they simply don't have the resources to do.

Stuff like this doesnt take a genius, just some common sense which if they are disconnected from reality enough, they dont see it, though i think someone like phil will resolve it soon for the brands sake. if there is pushback its a know-nothing exec in MS.
