then they'll be owned by MS anyway and will lose value and money at the same time.... they have no choice except if someone does a better offer by then.... in the other case they'll take over by buying them out directly to the shareholders...
it's sad for them but the smartest and best choice right now is to accept the offer rather than refuse it...
