Definately PS2. I owned xbox original and gamecube as well, but I felt the PS2 was vastly superior with exclusives and a lot of multiplats that I owned over two consoles felt better on it. Xbox became my Halo box, and Gamecube was mostly used for SSBM. I have 200 something PS2 games, and many of them were exclusives. It felt like every exclusive was a hit. I definately prefer Xbox overall, and Nintendo will always be great for childhood memories lol
I owned a PS1, but I was more into Gameboy and N64 at that era. It was definately a lot of fun though. PS2 just stands out for me when it comes to nostalgia and all that nonsense. I actually gamed on PS2 online before Halo 2 and Xbox Live so there's that as well. Xbox Live was superior. Especially by 360. I don't own neither next gen console, but I will probably lean towards X1 just because of the MCC. There's a good chance I'll just stick with 360 and PC though. I'm disappointed with both next gen consoles and most AAA games in general aren't really doing it anymore. I know people will disagree, but I honestly feel like games are more stripped down than they were a generation ago or not evolving enough. Maybe I'll skip this gen and wait for the Xbox 2 or whatever...
