It's very difficult doing it via a modded PSP if I'm not mistaken because of the multi disc problem. If the game doesn't have you save just as you exit one disc and enter another, you can't play the modded version because there's no disc swapping with emulators. What can be done though is to play it on your PSP until your last save on the disc and then continue playing a computer emulated version throughout the time you enter the following disc and you'll be able to then play the new disc on your PSP. I hope that was typed clearly.
