Yeah, it's kinda wonky the way the system works. For a game to get a gold rating it needs all A-'s or better so since Okami has that B+ it is considered not as good as Brawl. Okami gets a Silver rating because of the B+. Basically because the one score dipped lower it's considered worse. Weird, I know.
