i can't see them making XB1 titles available. or they'd make them really expensive. otherwise people with pretty much any device could just stream them on a browser instead of buying the console, which they wouldn't want
unless they'd place some kind of licensing restriction. you'd still have to buy the game digitally but then with your account you'd be able to play/stream on any browser from there on. like remote play but on more devices and without having to have your ps4 (xb1 in this case) functioning. (but at an extra cost)
