Yes, but these are still consoles with a power brick and fan. You're phone would or melt or drain it's battery like crazy if you'd just port Destiny over. And I was talking about the A8 and the Tegra K1, both top of the line mobile chipsets. The majority of the smart devices wouldn't even get close to play Destiny.
