They said months ago that their production capacity was 1M units monthly. Probably now it is even higher. We know PS4 isn't reaching 1M monthly and is more like 0.6M during the summer. They are surelly building a lot of stock: 4M for the production in the last 4 months (not that they can ship all December units) plus at least 0.3M each month since around March. So we could have 5 to 6M in stock with the old manufacturing capacity and that would give 16M. If they ramped up production by 50% (or less, if they did it since March) they could reach that numbers, but it's kind of a stretch.
