It's not Sony, it's the publishers, they dont want to waste money publishing the game on X1 for 12 people in Japan

It's definitely Sony. It's not a coincidence th at destiny and Arkham Knight are exclusive when Sony is backing them both. Plus with x86 architecture porting would cost them almost nothing 

Come on, for the number of people who would buy the game on XOne, it's not worth printing box inserts. Sony really has no need to pay anything, publishers see where the paying customers are, why waste effort and money.

I guess EA will be the only one supporting MS in Japan, at least with FIFA. 

And if XOne sales don't pick up, we might soon be seeing this scenario in the west as well.
