ROCKBAND to be released "EXCLUSIVELY" on xbox 360 in Europe

At this point this is only a rumour. But I ask you, why is this a cheap shot but something like Sony paying for a bit of UT3 or Haze exclusivity isn't?

 

It's not quite the same. Imagine if a 360 version of Haze, or even MGS4, was already finished, and Sony paid Ubisoft or Konami to simply not release the game on 360.  It'd be total BS.
