Reading comprehension can be such a good friend. What he said was taking the whole market into consideration. Not just the XBox One. He said that this gen, counting all consoles, the market could potentially expand to 1Billion units, that includes PS4, XBO, Wii U, and any other consoles that come out. That was made clear when he mentioned the 300M units figure from last gen.
