It still comes out on October 8th in New Zealand i think, only September 30th in the states. 

Oh I see, I looked for international release dates and I got September for EU as well. Forgot sometimes NZ and AU get things a touch later.

Well 8 days is really unusual. We always get games on EU release or earlier but something went wrong this time :( and it just happens to be my most anticipated game of the year lol. It sucks but what can you do.
