This is of course because they claim they delayed shipment of review copies so that reviewers would have to play alongside random, real world gamers. Of course, they also put no way for them to talk to each other into the game, and don't allow them to team up for the raid type content, but whatever.
As if they cannot just open the servers up for reviewers and allow them to play together.
