What games should Christians play?

Shin Megami Tensei.

Really? Is there no violence in it or nudity or cussing?

He is being ironic cause Persona is all about demons and stuff...

He didn't say Persona. He said Shin Megami Tensei, which is its own thing and a pretty awesome response to this silly question.

Devil Survivor 2 was similar in the familiars thing, it was pretty cool. Persona is called Shin Megami Tensei Persona, right? I know there are dozens of these games, so, I could be wrong.

As a christian myself I always wanted to play a christian RPG or something like that, a decent one. Never gonna happen, I know, but it would be cool...

Persona is sort of a spin-off of SMT ideas, but it actually wasn't called SMT Persona in Japan. They just named it that in the west to help to sell it to SMT fans.

Ironically, Persona is now a bigger franchise than SMT is. :P

SMT games have certain core themes are are generally darker and harder, as compared to spin-offs like Digital Devil Saga and to other related franchises like Persona. The mainline SMT games are all about the struggle between chaos/freedom and peace/order, with the devil and demons representing the former and God and angels representing the latter. The player can choose one side and kill the other, or they can try to be neutral and kill both. Siding with Heaven means abandoning free will for a perfectly ordered world, while siding with Lucifer/devil/etc. means giving people absolute free will and a sense of greed/aspiration. This creates a sort of capitalist paradise, full of atrocities.

Killing both is the hardest path, and this makes mankind free, but with an ambition for order/peace. This neutral path is the most difficult and is usually viewed as the best, allowing mankind to struggle for greatness without the interference of deities.
