While I don't doubt that Destiny will do very well on the 360, I think a lot of casuals will switch to the PS4 because of Destiny, as they certainly know that CoD is available on both at this point. Casuals have very little console loyalty and do not mind jumping on the product that's trending highest. It's very much in Playstation's favor that Destiny is releasing before the annual fall FPS titles and that CoD looks to be very much down this year. Had this been Modern Warfare or Black Ops, I think your point would be much more meaningful. A bit of bad luck for Microsoft, as a massively anticipated CoD would have benefited them the most.
