Do you think Watch Dogs and Projects Cars for Wii U will get cancelled?

It shows that you haven't been here for many, many weeks. Ubisoft already announced that Watch Dogs is the last M-rated game that they will release for Wii U.

Which makes me wonder what the final straw was. Black Flag?
