Well in short (I could write a very long book about what I want and why)
I want what I'm gradually coming to accept I will never have:Truth. Thusly the reason I have studied and continue to study so much religion, philosophy and science. But the more I study the more likely it seems that man simply isn't capable of finding truth (if there is any "truth" to speak of, if such a concept exists that is), and if they are it certainly won't be in my life time.
Nowadays I consider myself more of an existentialist. I continue to seek some higher truth, but am skeptical it exists. So I seek to embrace my own existence, as well as the existence of man and assign both myself and mankind as a whole some kind of value, while simultaneously trying to fight off raging boredom and the threat of emptiness.
In my wildest dreams I would be or would help mankind to find it's own Ubermensch. A person or persons that can help mankind lift itself out of it's current pitiful state to find a higher purpose, unity and mutual love and respect without gods and devils controlling our lives.
