They (we) can enjoy whatever their conscience and the Holy Spirit lets them. If it interferes with their heart for God and others, then there's a problem. Otherwise, freedom of Christ.

Is the Holy Spirit going to physically bar you from playing games or something? At best your conscience will. It's not like God made rules about playing specific video games.

In a way it sometimes can. If the Holy Spirit thinks the video game can lead you to sin, it could tell the person to stop through physical pain or something else. You could argue it's your conscience, and you're right God made no rules regarding video games considering Jesus came about 1900 years too early for that. That said, our freedom in Christ means if something isn't covered explicitly in the Bible, we are free to partake in it given that we can glorify God through it. With video games, that can be self-control, good sportmanship, fighting for good in video games, or using it for good in another way (a guy from my church has a video game charity where they meet monthly to play in tournaments to raise money for cancer research).
