No, it was a joke. SMT games have plenty of religious imagery and tends to put deities in an antagonistic role. If anything, it would probably offend religious people. |
Really...? Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior. He came into my life when I was 18 years of age when his grace revealed to me that I needed him as my savior and him alone for the redemption of my sins. I'm now 42 and a Deacon of my church with the possibility of becoming Chairman starting in 2015. With that being said...
I own every game of the Shin Megami Tensei franchise for the PS2, bought a VITA just for P4G, I have Devil Survivor 1 & 2 along with Strange Journey for the DSiXl, and I also own Devil Summoner with Shin Megami Tensei IV in my sights without even having a 3DS. And get this. As a father, my 3 years old normally comes to me and asks, "Daddy, I want to see you play Skyrim."
I absoultely love my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and I'm not offended by the Shin Megami Tensei franchise. Figure that one out.
Christians who claim that I should not play with such games as mentioned above do not know what they are talking about. Non-Christians who think Christians should be offended by such games mentioned above do not know what they are talking about either.
And I really enjoyed Catherine as well.
EDIT: Oh, and I have Persona, Persona 2 Innocent Sin, and Persona 2 PSOne downloaded on my PSP. How could I have forgotten those?
