Why do NoA hate collectors?

So what do you think? Am I being unfair with NoA by not considering alot of stuffs that were getting? What can possibly motivate them for not giving us the goods? Are they taking us for granted or just plain lazy? And do you even care for these collector's editions? Cause i sure do :P

I think the problem is related with distribution, in US there are 3 or 4 big stores for games (Gamestop, Amazon, Best Buy and Walmart) and giving anyone of those the exclusivity of the CE will piss the others off, offering them only in their online shop would be even worse, if Nintendo wants that all the big stores order and offer the games they must treat them equally and now NOA needs all the orders and promotion that they can get. They could always give them all the Collector's Edition, but then they will have to create many and distribute them so it can be a logistic nightmare.

That is why I think they opted for the Hyrule Warriors exclusive DLC deal, they kept all 3 stores happy by giving them something to increase pre-orders and they did not have to worry about how to make the content reach each store as is only a download code.

That's a interesting theory. But, I never been to europe, but they has to be more than one store in europe too. GAME can't possibly be the only one. I know that there's Amazon in europe, don't they have WallMarts or Best-Buys  in europe? And if theirs not, they have to be other big stores.

And still, they don't have to be exclusives. How hard would it be to take the shipment for Amazon, Wallmart, Best-Buy and Gamestop and turn 10% of each of those shipments into the collector?
