Yes. Microsoft.
You can't solve a "fundamental design flaw" by reducing the chip's die size, no matter how much better you think Forza is than GT.
The falcon's will need to be on the market for at least a year before you can even begin to get a decent estimate of failure rates, but I can guarantee you they won't fall to "normal" (<5%) levels with the current design.
