You mean Sony or MS? Cause Sony support is crazy good, I'm really shocked by its quality. MS support is also really good at this point (it used to be shit in the past), can't complain now (except for being tier 2...). They are translating their games into Polish, stores are as well supplied with MS as with Sony products. It's just that Sony seems to care more and is willing to fight more for the customer, while MS is all about profits.
The PS3 and X360 have the same shelf space in Poland, cause X360 was very popular in the early stage of its life. It was cheaper and could be easily hacked vs. PS3 being expensive and impossible to hack for years. Later on Kinect became quite popular as well and was selling consoles. Now obviously all that went down the drain with PS4/Xbone. But we really can't complain about these two companies, they aren't Nintendo which treats us as if we were some remote African country in which households don't even have electricity to run their consoles 
Wii U is a GCN 2 - I called it months before the release!
