Wii: Pros - Unique control scheme that can add new dimensions to game play. Great first party support. Economical price.
Cons - Unique control scheme that's tacked on to games that don't need it. Loads of rushed, "who knew it'd be a hit", games. The price isn't so economical when you've bought the extra wiimotes and nunchuks required to exploit the games full at-home multiplayer experience.
360: Pros - Best library of games so far. Good graphics. Great online play. Excellent media server. 2008 lineup not shooter centric
Cons - Sounds like a jet plane taking off in your living room. (not with falcon imo) Shooter-centric (The JRPGs released so far are getting more credit than they deserve due to a lack of competition.)
PS3: Pros - Good graphics, potential for more. Best Blu-Ray player on the market. Excellent media server. A lot of good games on the way (about the same point in it's life cycle that the 360 got a bunch of good games). But only if you like shooters for the most part.
Cons - Suffering from mediocre ports that don't gain from PS3 hardware. Poor selection of titles. Pricey. 2008 main exclusives shooter centric - MGS4, Haze, KZ2, RFOM2 |

The fan noise kills 360 as a media server. I have a zephyr Elite though, so I can't compare with the Falcon.
MGS4 is not an FPS. Afrika? Little Big Planet? GT5 Prologue (fuller than some full games)? WKS and FF13... might make it out (slim chance). Tekken?
I will concede the addition of the 360's 2008 lineup being less shooter-centric than 2007 though. (I don't think it's possible to be more shooter-centric than 2007.)
