I think Microsoft is releasing the One in the 2nd tier countries a bit too soon

We've gone over this many times, it was not a matter of timing. MS's strategy of dividing the launch territories backfired. They expected to completely sell out and dominate in Tier 1 with tier 2 eagerly awaiting for the best thing since slided bread. It did not happen. Gamers in tier 2 countries have been able to get an xbox one almost since launch.
