They're not on PS4 and X1, neither are they in HD. That is plenty wrong and Capcom sees that.

Why is that a flaw? When did a game being old suddenly become a flaw?

hd tv's with old consoles = crap video image thats the only problem,  but thats not a flaw also you can get equipment to boost the video image of older consoles
