Sex is used to sell regardless of gender, you've just chosen to focus on one particular gender.

There is no plea, it's a play for power using the media and pandering social groups to enforce that play.
The current brand of feminism makes a mockery of the women that fought, for their own rights, rather than to fight to restrict the rights of others.

Skin color is irrelevant in this day and age, a wealthy well schooled person will do well in life regardless of skin color, where as a poor person living in the projects will go through hardships, the difference is not skin color, the difference is class, the upper class do not understand what it is to be poor until they are poor, just as the poor do not understand what it is to be rich until they are rich.
Racism exists everywhere, it isn't just "oh god that poor black man is being hated by the white people", it goes every way, every direction, that's how racism works, at the same time, thats how sexism works, it isn't just men belittling women, women belittle men too.
