A dated shooter that 8 million people buy every time the main story iterates... LOL... Killzone can't even dream of those sales...
Yes project spark is iteration #1 and LBP3 is iteration #3... LBP3 better be better.
KI and GG are pretty much the same level... KI was just dormant for over a decade. MS just revived it last year. GG has been crap the last few iterations.
So, I still haven't heard antything about how Sony is competing with Sunset Overdrive?

Why does Sony need to compete with Sunset Overdrive? It's going to get drowned out by COD, Assassin's Creed Unity, Far Cry 4, and other huge multiplats that will be released around it. Oh, and PS4 has a lot of exclusive content on Far Cry 4. Another person can join someone's playthrough without even have to puchase the game.

You're right it does not have to compete with Sunset Overdrive, that's why the PS4 is considered over-hyped by many people. It has a lot of recycled content and doesn't have unique and new experiences like Sunset Overdrive...
But, to me all of the consoles are over-hyped...
