Out of all the ones I own I'd say the good ones are:
- Persona 4 Golden (God tier)
- Ys: Memories of Celceta (Fantastic)
- Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth1 (Hilarious)
- Demon Gaze
- Final Fantasy X/X-2
- Disgaea 3
- Disgaea 4
Other Jrpg's that I have but consider "meh" would be:
- Mind Zero
- Conception 2
- Sorcery Saga
- Dragon Fantasy 1/2 (PSN game)
As for Japanese centric games, I'd say these are good:
- Soul Sacrifice Delta
- Toukiden
- Dragon's Crown
- DanganRonpa 1/2 (God Tier)
- Akiba's Trip
- Muramasa Rebirth
- Sword Art Online
