"In development" is vaporware...  In development means there still maybe many changes to the game.

"In final testing" with a specific "release date" is not vaporware.

I'm not trying to jump in this argument or anything but.. Those Games you listed for Xbox One indies are all coming out this year?

 

You listed Cuphead(which ive been following) and i thought this game was targetted to release in 2015 on Xbox One?
