It's outselling it for 2 reasons: Launch price and Microsoft's completely botched message when it was unveiled. Obviously, we've seen a new model introduced sans Kinect to match the price and Don Mattrick and many others that were involved with that botched intro are gone. Clearly, MS screwed up, they realize that and they're trying to fix it. At this moment, the momentum is still huge for PS4 and will continue to be huge, but people have to take a step back and look back at history. First of all, this is a 7 year marathon. And I know this is total schadenfreude for Sony fans, but take a look back at PS3s launch and first couple years. It was really rough and look where they ended up. Also look back at 360. It obviously had a better launch than Xbox One, but it was a few years into its life before it really starting gaining momentum.
