This is a global reveal albeit in japanese. I'm not sure this kind of game is a good way to introduce the system to the world.

Women have a legitimate reason to be upset about this, the female sex is constantly under attack and this is just one form of objectification.

I'm not making this up, and though I'm not a woman I know this is a fact about our world.

Though this excerpt is about Feminism and pornography, it still applies here to a game or demo where there is a heavy emphasis on ogling a young schoolgirl.

You obviously know little about Japan's culture. Try watching some Animes or you can buy Beyonetta and see how that looks. In the west we don't like this, but it's very normal for them.

"I obviously know little about japan's culture": what exactly in my point makes you think that?

What exactly in my point makes you think I agree with Bayonetta, and why mention bayo? Why always resort to "You don't know what you're talking about/ you're a nintendo fan" type posts.

Nothing in my post disagrees with what you've raised. I have watched anime and hentai, I know what it is. It doesn't change the fact of what I posted about feminism's view on pornography and on the way women are portrayed in media.

I however doubt you know much about that in all honesty, given how you responded so far.

lol where do i accuse you of being a Nintendo fan? No need to victimize yourself! I suggested that game because i know you like the WiiU. And about the bolded, who is the one jumping to conclusions now?

Of course i know about the subjectification of women in games/movies/everyday life and basically everything that's dominated by men, it's just how men like to think of women most of the time. Of course i think it's wrong, but i also realize that i'm not japanese and that whatever opinion i could have of them would be very ignorant, because we don't have the full picture.

What we do know, is that this kind of thing is nowhere near abnormal in Japan and that's the origin of the company and the audience this is being demo'de to. I would have more understanding for 'the oproar' if this was Sony's video shown at E3.
