I voted Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze.
Donkey Kong Country games in my opinion are the best 2D platformers. The co-op is fun and the detail and art in these games are fantastic. Fluid controls etc.
I almost selected Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate... but I could not justify picking it, as it is not an exclusive. It is also on the 3DS.
