ARM do not manufacture MPcore processors below 45nm for stock processors, and they do not manufacture MPcore processors below 45nm for custom applications, either.
Do you genuinely believe Nintendo would cough up the billions required to get ARM to move it's MPcore family over to 28nm, just for the sake of an intrim 3ds model, when they were too cheap to go with cortex to begin with? please, just stop.
