. Just a suggestion, but it's a pretty big list of good and evil characters.....('ill start with the lesser ones.)
Magnus , Phosphora , Chariot Master , Dintos , Poseidon, Arlon ,Pyrrhon, Thanatos , Pandora , Pit, Dark Pit , Medusa, Hades, Palutena , Viridi.
And few bosses/enemies you could conisder : Hewdraw , Dark Lord Gaol(female inside) , Cragalanche.------ Eggplant Wizard , Centurion Strongarm ,Space Pirate Captain.
The cards would probbaly have to be made though, right? Hmm.... 
Maybe another suggestion could be Smash? I'm down for anything.
