Oh yeah, it not because of lengthy localisation that I think so. More the fact that the PS4 is in desperate need of system seller in Japan and this will be the first, so I'm sure they'rebe eager to get it out as soon as its finished. This side of the world however is a bit different, they will have good holiday momentum and a ton of software to shift units in february so its western release will be a bit more tactical. Essenetially where can we place it to keep momentum. That to me is either late march of early april.
AlsoThe Order 1886 seems to have a hard enough battle as it is, they don't to cannabalise its sales even further. Given the choice between Witcher 3, The Order 1886, BloodBorne, Evolve and Batman I actually think The Order will be the last game on most people's list.
