Sony: Microsoft "punched themselves out" of next-gen fight

Nintendo said the same thing last fall after Halo 3 launched.

And I'm beginning to think that the real reason Sony took out BC is so that they could re-sell all the PS2 games through PSN without having to compete with all the discs everyone already has. ;>
