I think the problems would arise when they are putting cutting edge games on the service at 1080p. That's when the noticable difference will be seen. Also certain types of games will be unplayable with any amount of input lag.

I think the service is now targeted at games from the PS3 there were not too many of those that ran at 1080p. Ithink by the time they roll out this service for PS4 games they will have improved the infrastructure. The input lag I experienced was very minor. My only gripe was the price
