Those 3 areas alone are 78% of charitable donations. Fund raising goes towards generating further revenue, so although it's 14%, the intention is it generates more than that in the future. A whopping 7% is actually being spent on salaries etc.
Charities such as Oxfam have been found to be far worse with your donations than this.
