That pie chart does not seem unfair to me. 7% to pay people is not crazy within a charity and 14% for fundraising makes sense.
Patient services seems like a huge positive as ALS is very difficult to live with for the person or family. Not sure exactly what education means here, helping doctors or families manage ALS?
So, to me, it seems like 79% of the money is going to the cause with an additional 14% used to bring money in. We can argue over that 7% I suppose or how efficiently the other 93% is being used, but seems rather sensationalist to label it outright fraud.
